All I ever wanted was to be a wife and mother.

Well, only part of that dream worked out. Through some tough times as an adult, all I wanted to do then was survive. My professional life was spent in the legal field as a certified paralegal, then investigator, but years in the restaurant and catering business added to the joy I have as a "foodie."

Suddenly the Internet came along and my formal training as a writer took over and my happiest years began to unfold. I am addicted to the Internet and refuse to do anything about it but expand my knowledge base and become more creative. Thus was borne The Digital Word with my good friend, Jim Taylor. I have a million books in my head and still type over 100 words a minute, so it shouldn't take me too long to write them all. I don't write fiction or poetry, but everything else - because I've lived most of it and want to share with everyone. Therefore, I will never retire. The Internet and writing give life to new friendships and brain cells, as do my grandchildren! Enjoy.
